Great food, great service. Connor was amazing. Gave the perfect drink recommendations. The duck fried rice is really good. The blackened catfish was amazing.
Took my best friend for her birthday. From the moment I stepped in it was 10/10!! The service, atmosphere, customers and staff was outstanding! Food was 100/10 New York Strip with Gouda Mac and Cheese Side salad Lamp Chops with Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts and Broccolini Raspberry Blanco mixed drink 100/10 Passion fruit mixed drink 100/10 Jake and Coke Dessert 100/10 The waiter was very nice! He made eye contact when he spoke to us which made a huge difference. He did not disappoint and neither did the restaurant. We cleared our plates NO COMPLAINTS!! I will definitely be back more often and next time to sit at the bar. Please give it a try!
First time dining at this restaurant. Celebrated birthdays of 2 friends. Appetizers, especially the Philly steak egg rolls were delicious. Ordered the black bean burger; needed seasoning but good. Dessert-thanks to our friends, they both received a Jack & Coke Bread Pudding w/Ice Cream-Divine. Definitely looking forward to coming back. OAN our waitress, Chloe, was Awesome and I guess the manager came around asking guests about their dining experience. Very Nice!
First time visit for my birthday, the ambience was amazing , food selection for brunch was diverse & the drink menu was top shelf (try Lucid Dreams)! Got the breakfast Mexican pizza, stuffed French toast & the General Tso's cauliflower. They gifted me an AWESOME birthday treat, ALL my food was very savory, full of flavor! My servers Miriam & Roxanne were kind & attentive, would most definitely go back here.
I have had quite a few cauliflower wings, but this General Tso's cauliflower may just be the very best of them all! The sticky sauce is packed with flavour, while not being overly sweet, and the cauliflower was wonderful as well. Another shout-out goes to the Enchilada Bowl, which was so good we actually tried to recreate it as best we could at home. It couldn't quite reach the SOB level of goodness, but close enough. Lunch in SOB was definitely a good experience. The booth was very cosy, the interior ambiance was classy yet casual, and we had an amazing waiter (unfortunately I cannot remember their name).
My 1st experience at SOB East but my 2nd visit, but different location . I loved everything. The atmosphere, service, and food! Our hostess, Ms Khloe, was PHENOMENAL !! Well knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. Celebrating my daughter for passing her midterms, and this is 1st year of college (U of M). I'm sooooooo ! Next time, I might try a different location, but overall, I most definitely would recommend coming here if Memphis
Loved the open concept kitchen - it was so cool to watch everyone work. Food was absolutely delicious, especially the Philly egg rolls. Those are by far my favorite appetizer. Our entrees were also incredibly good. I only wish I’d had more pita with my shawarma. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
SOB East Restaurant was amazing!!! The decor was beautiful and the ambience was a whole vibe by itself. Our server name was "Leslie" and she was beautiful both physically and professionally. She had an amazing personality and she was sooooo attentive to us and overall on point the entire time. The food was delicious our group had the Buffalo Dip, Sweet Thai Chilli Wings, and the Philly CheeseSteak Egg Rolls for appetizers, and I had the Fried Grouper Sandwich for my meal which was delicious as well, the cinnamon popcorn that they put on the table stole my heart, it was soooo good. I will definitely be back to SOB!!!
